25- day exchange warranty
We offer a 25-day hassle-free exchange warranty on all refurbished laptops purchased from Exact Computer. This means you can exchange your laptop within 25 days of purchase under the following situations: You want to switch to a different brand You didn’t like the laptop’s color or design Your required software is not compatible A family member or friend doesn’t like the laptop You simply want to upgrade to a better model We believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so we provide you with flexibility and freedom of choice. Please Note: The exchange is subject to product availability. Physical damage, water damage, or tampering with the device voids the exchange warranty. Price differences (if any) between the old and new model will need to be paid by the customer.
45 Days Testing Warranty
All laptops purchased from Exact Computer come with a 45-day testing warranty to ensure reliability, performance, and quality. If you face any hardware-related issues during this period, our expert technicians will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost. This warranty helps you purchase refurbished laptops with complete peace of mind. Important Exclusions: Physical damage is not covered under the 45-day testing warranty. Water damage is not covered under the 45-day testing warranty. Any damage caused due to mishandling or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
Want Extra Protection
You can extend the 45-day testing warranty for 1 year, 2 years, or even more by paying a small additional amount. 1 Year Adapter Wrranty
All laptop adapters purchased with your device or separately include a 1-year warranty. If the adapter has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of cost. Physical damage or burnt adapters are not covered.
